You really ought to consider brewing a pot of Community Coffee.
Community is a great alternative to the other guys (who shall remain nameless). I was lucky enough to score a bag of the Carnivale Cake Blend, which won't be available for purchase until December.
It's like dessert for breakfast - not too sweet - just a hint of flavor - not at all overbearing. I am not usually one for flavored coffees, but this is really good. I didn't even need to add cream or sugar.
But, you don't have to wait until December to experience the taste of Louisiana Cajun Coffee. Community Coffee has a load of other blends for your brewing pleasure.
