My nephew and his wife gave me this wonderful new toy for Christmas. It's called a Bialetti and makes perfect espresso, capuccino, and other caffeinated delights.
I'm sure that by Valentine's Day I will have mastered the technique to making the perfect cup of original Italian espresso.
